Outline 

All persons carrying out Mini Excavator operations on construction sites require appropriate CSCS certification. Successful completion of this course fulfils these requirements.  Note: this course relates to excavators up to 6t, for all excavator operations above this the standard 360° course would apply. 

Aims 

To confirm that attendees have the required skills to safely and efficiently operate the Mini Excavator

Who should attend/Pre-Requisites  

This course is aimed at experienced Mini Excavator operatives who do not currently hold a CSCS ticket.

Candidates over 18 years of age in receipt of current Safe Pass Card and minimum of six months experience of operating this equipment within last two years. Irish PPSN. 

Good understanding of written and spoken English (if not a SOLAS approved interpreter will be required) 

Evidence of prior learning will be required or those who have attended a Mini Excavator New Entrants course at least 6 months to two years previously.
