Award in Mental Health at Work (Level 3) – Virtual Course
Level 3 gives the same skills as level 2 only a lot more focus on mental health conditions and recognition of these conditions such as schizophrenia, psychosis, eating disorders, self-harm, and suicide. This course is ideal for management to understand, help and support mental health in the workplace.

Award in Mental Health at Work (Level 2) – Virtual Course
Level 2 focuses on developing the skill to engage someone with a potential mental health condition and signpost him/her towards the proper help. The duration of this course is a full day, where candidates will be given skills on how to engage empathically and non-judgementally and reach out to those who have or may be developing a mental health condition. This course is ideal for management to help and support mental health in the workplace.

Awareness of Mental Health (Level 1) – Virtual Course
Educates staff on stress and risk factors for developing mental health conditions in the workplace, this course duration is 4-5 hours. It is ideal to ensure staff understand stress and understand their own mental health, to prevent a mental health condition from developing.

Abrasive Wheels – Virtual Classroom
This is a half-day course and is suitable for those with a responsibility for the installation, operation and maintenance of abrasive wheels.

Manual Handling – Virtual Classroom
The manual handling course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge to conduct all manual handling activities in a manner that will prevent injury.

IOSH Safety, Health & Environment for Construction Site Managers – Virtual Classroom

COVID-19 Compliance Officer Training (Construction) – Virtual Classroom
All construction sites will require a COVID-19 Compliance Officer to be nominated by the main contractor (PSCS), this person will need to be trained. This is different to the COVID-19 Induction that all site workers will have to complete before resuming work on sites.This training course incorporates training for this role and for persons responsible for putting the plans in place.

COVID-19 Office Environment Response Manager/Lead Worker Representative Training – Virtual Classroom
All workplaces should have a competent person to ensure that the guidance and information provided by the Government and other stakeholders, is understood and being implemented both prior to re-entry to these workplaces and on a day to day basis thereafter.

COVID-19 Specific Protocol for First Aid Responders – Virtual Classroom
Workers with a specific role in acting as first responders require updated training on infection prevention and control principles including performance of hand hygiene and appropriate use of personal protective equipment when delivering first aid.

Occupational Health & Safety for Managers – Virtual Classroom
This course is aimed at Managers at all levels within organisations and companies of all sizes and would include Self-employed persons, directors, managers and supervisors. Course attendees will understand their duties and roles in relation to safety and health in the workplace including applicable safety & health legislation & applicable codes of practice. Fire Warden – Virtual Classroom
To ensure that attendees can effectively fulfil the role of fire wardens in their own workplaces, both in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Working at Heights and Safe Use of Harnesses – Virtual Classroom
This course is designed to provide the course participants with the appropriate knowledge with the hazards and dangers of working at height with Safety Harnesses.

Manual Handling Awareness – Blended Course

Safe Pass Training
This course ensures that all workers have a basic knowledge of health and safety, to make them aware of the inherent dangers on construction sites, so that they will be able to identify existing hazards and avoid exposure to associated risk of injury while at work.

Confined Space Entry(Low/Med Risk)
Participants will be able to: Implement a safe system of work for confined space work; Identify work places which are, or are likely to become, confined spaces.

CSCS Telescopic Handler
This is suitable for experienced operatives who have at least 6 months experience operating a Telescopic Handler. The plant training and assessment programme enables experienced plant operators to gain recognition for their achievements by the way of certification.

CSCS Site Dumper
This is suitable for experienced operatives who have at least 6 months experience operating a Site Dumper. The plant training and assessment programme enables experienced plant operators to gain recognition for their achievements by the way of certification.

CSCS 360° Excavator
This is suitable for experienced operatives who have at least 6 months experience operating a 360 Excavator. The plant training and assessment programme enables experienced plant operators to gain recognition for their achievements by the way of certification.

Silica Dust Awareness – Online Course
Workers are at risk from fine airborne particles, entering into the respiratory tract. However, these small particles are often not visible to the naked eye and therefore, may not be an obvious exposure risk to workers.

Asbestos Awareness – Online Course
Employers are required by law to identify all hazards in the workplace. The aim of this course is to provide information on the identification and the prevention of occupational illness from exposure to respirable asbestos fibres.

Management of Food Allergens – Online Course
Management of Food Allergens is an excellent addition to either Food Safety HACCP Level 1 or 2

Food Safety Level 3 – Online Course
This course is designed to introduce managers and supervisors to food safety and hygiene issues. It is based on the training criteria set down by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland’s Guide to Food Safety Training at Level 3.

Food Safety (HACCP) 2 – Online Course
This course is designed to introduce participants to food safety and hygiene issues. It is based on the training criteria set down by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland’s Guide to Food Safety Training at Level 2.

Food Safety (HACCP) 1 – Online Course
On completion of this food safety training course, participants will be able to understand their requirements under Irish food safety legislation as well as following best work practices.

Occupational Health and Safety for Managers

Fire Safety Manager for a Building
This course is tailored to person managing a building or fire safety in a building. The objectives of the training the attendees are as follows:
To provide an overall appreciation of the key elements of the applicable legislation and the responsibilities relating to this legislation. Attendees to be able to apply this directly to their building/workplace. They will gain clear understanding of fire safety design in buildings and be able to apply and recognise this in their own buildings. Course attendants are able to plan and prepare for fire emergencies in their buildings to include management of key stakeholders such as fire wardens and emergency services. Attendees are able to manage day to day fire safety such as ensuring that fire maintenance contracts are in place and being maintained. To ensure that attendees can introduce and manage the required fire safety arrangements within their workplace.

MEWP Operations
The aim of the course is to ensure that operators become competent in the safe use of MEWP’s by gaining the necessary skills and knowledge when operating a MEWP.

Working at Heights
This course is designed to provide the course participants with the appropriate knowledge with the hazards and dangers of working at height with Safety Harnesses.

Effective Scaffold Management
The aim of this course is to provide participants with the knowledge, skills and attitude to enable them to inspect and examine to ensure it is put up in a safe manner.

CSCS Mobile Access Tower
This course will cover safety legislation, Working at Height, fall protection, types of aluminium towers, understanding dangerous situations, following manufacturer’s instructions, erecting a Mobile Tower, working on Mobile Towers safely, examination and assessment.

CSCS Location of Underground Services
The aim of the Location of Underground Services course is to ensure that operators become competent in the safe use of underground detection cable locator equipment.

CSCS Signing, Lighting and Guarding
To provide the candidates with the required knowledge and skills to effectively set up and remove traffic management operations on single carriageway public roads up to 100kph speed limit.

CSCS Health and Safety at Roadworks
This programme is designed for operatives who are required to work in the proximity of roadworks, in both rural and urban situations, to understand the risks to their own safety from passing traffic and the need to avoid creating dangers for road users.

CSCS Slinger Signaller
This training and assessment programme enables trained construction Slinger Signallers to gain recognition for their achievements by the way of certification, and provide an opportunity for participants to demonstrate their skills, knowledge and attitudes associated with plant operations, which provides suitable certification.

CSCS Mini Excavator
