Instructor Recertification – PHECC CFR (Community) and IHF Heartsaver or BLS

It is a requirement of certification as a PHECC CFR (Community) Instructor and Irish Heart Foundation Heartsaver/BLS Instructor that recertification takes place every two years and is carried out by a PHECC Recognised Institution (RI) or Approved Training Institution (ATI) and IHF Training Centre.
Candidates: Current PHECC CFR and IHF Heartsaver and BLS Instructors
Prerequisites: Hold a PHECC CFR (Community) and IHF Heartsaver or BLS Instructor certificate, have delivered at least 4 CFR and 4 Heartsaver or BLS courses over previous 24 months
Award: PHECC and IHF Certification
Assessment: Simulated classroom where instructors deliver part of CFR Community and Heartsaver or BLS course
