Founded in 1996, Safety Solutions Group helps Irish organisations build safer, healthier and more productive workplaces through training, risk management, compliance systems and plant certification.
Who We Are
Independent advice, grounded in real workplaces
We work with clients across construction, education, public services, warehousing, facilities, plant operations and industrial environments. Our role is to make safety compliance understandable, manageable and useful for the people who have to apply it every day.
The group brings together specialist training, risk management consultancy and Safe Cert equipment certification. That joined-up structure means clients can access practical support across policy, people, sites, machinery and records through one experienced team.

Training Manager
Leads the Training Department supporting team members whilst ensuring key client KPI’s are achieved. Ensures compliance with external awarding bodies such as SOLAS, IOSH and City and Guilds.

Safe Cert Manager
Manages Safe Cert's plant, machinery and lifting-equipment certification service for clients nationwide.

Risk Management - Property Lead
Leads on all property compliance services to clients in facilities and property management across ROI and NI.
Jennifer Fisher
Risk Management - PSDP Lead
Manages the PSDP department working with clients across all sectors from initial appointment through to Safety File handover.
Michelle Stenson
Risk Management – Uisce Éireann Lead
Leads the day-to-day service delivery to Uisce Éireann in respect of planning and completion of contactor safety inspections.
Sam Joseph
Training Deputy Manager
Supports the Training Manager whilst ensuring compliance with external awarding bodies such as SOLAS, IOSH and City and Guilds. Also serves as WIN (Workplace Instructor Network) Lead.
