Certification Process
From testing to stored certificates
Safe Cert digitally stores details of each client's plant, machinery and equipment certification. Real-time access to certification reduces administration and provides instant proof of compliance.
On-Site Examination
Safe Cert travels to your site and carries out a thorough examination of machinery and lifting equipment against the relevant regulations.
GA1 Certification
Where equipment complies, Safe Cert issues a GA1 Certificate of Thorough Examination, normally valid for 6 or 12 months depending on the equipment.
Report & Sticker
A test report is provided, along with a sticker to display on the machine so site teams can quickly identify compliant equipment.
Faults & Retesting
If equipment does not comply, Safe Cert provides details of the faults that need to be rectified before re-testing.
