Safety Statements

The most basic legal requirement for every employer under Section 20 of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005. We visit your workplace, meet your people, complete specific risk assessments and produce a company-specific Safety Statement that keeps you compliant.

Method Statements

Documents that specify work methodologies - processes, sequences and scope of work, risk assessments, training, plant and equipment requirements, responsibilities and contact details - fulfilling the employer's General Duties under Section 8.
